Extreme Skiing / Winter Tourism

Extreme skiing tourists, domestic as well as international, are offered unique conditions, in a mountain terrain surrounded by sea in all directions. Based on our experience, we are organizing trips to different mountain tops for exciting downhill runs.

In recent years, our area has grown more and more popular due to the wide range of opportunities for top day trips and the extreme mountain skiing conditions we can offer. We aim to present a solid product for this group of people with exciting nature and tough mountains.

In our immediate vicinity, right outside our cabins, we have easy terrain for walking, but with rugged, unspoiled mountains within short range.

One of our founders, Vidleiv Johansen (read more about us), is a former North-Norwegian champion in slalom and giant slalom, as well as a former Norwegian SuperG champion for veterans.

He is also accredited by the Norwegian Skiing Association as a Technical Delegated for all Alpine contests taking place in Norway, meaning he is qualified as being the chief-in-command for all kinds of national Alpine arrangements held in Norway.

Vidleiv has also been/is an alpine consultant for the City of Tromsø Olympic Committee seeking to arrange the Winter Olympics in Tromsø in 2018.
